Upgrade path
Go to Settings, then Subscription, and choose Upgrade to Premium.
Cancellation
Use Manage Subscription from the same area to cancel future renewals.
Charged but still on free
Allow a few minutes for the payment status to refresh. If it still has not updated, contact support with your payment reference.
Refund requests
Refunds are reviewed case by case. Include the charge date and email address used for the purchase in your support message.
