I can't log in to my account
Wrong password
- Click Forgot password on the login page.
- Enter your email address and request a reset link.
- Check your inbox and spam folder.
- Follow the reset link and set a new password.
Email not verified
If you signed up but never verified your email, request a new verification email and complete the flow before logging in.
Account deactivated
If you receive an account deactivated message, contact support using the form at the bottom of this page.
Google sign-in not working
Use the same Google account you originally used to register. If your Google email changed, contact support for help linking the account.
